Come join us for a cup of coffee/tea, a guided meditation, and a walk.
We will meet at Common Ground at 9 AM, mingle a bit, do a 10 to 15 minute guided meditation (with crystal singing bowls) and head to the trail for a 30 min walk.
The purpose of this group is to bring like-minded people together, have fun, & gain access to unique mindfulness techniques.
