Come relax with us over the lunch hour. We’ll learn some simple techniques that can be done in a just few minutes to help calm your body and mind. You’ll leave feeling more relaxed and with simple self-care techniques to use in your real life. We will be meeting upstairs – feel free to grab lunch or a drink downstairs before to enjoy during the class. All of the exercises can be done comfortably in a chair (even while you’re eating lunch). This is a free drop in event.
